Team Leader - Ong Wee Yeap

In managerial position since 2004, managing a dynamic team of twelve to achieve not only the business production goal, but also the overall fulfillment in social activities.

Achievement includes the best soldier for The Third Guard, Gold award for the Boys’ Brigade and overall in-charge of National Cadet Corps SingaporeTrained in communication for the Ministry Youth and Sport, First-aid Emergency Medical Support and Ambulance Support.

Major projects includes Mission Trip with the Youth Expedition Project in Cambodia building recreation facilities for the orphanage; organize and lead a team to furnish the Singapore Red Cross Disabled Home; Fund Raising Mission of the Tsunami 2004. Also an active volunteer with the Singapore Red Cross since 2004, participating in numerous exercises.

Assistant Team Leader - Elisha Teo

Elisha trained in Human Resource Management, Learning & Performance Development, Facilitation, and Crisis & Disaster.

Response an active volunteer with the Singapore Red Cross Society’s Disaster Preparedness and Response Programme and responds to disasters and crisis in Singapore and Internationally.

Had managed and supported humanitarian missions such as the Medical Relief Mission to Sri Lanka in the wake of the Tsunamis of 2004.

Team Secretary – Dawn Neo

A consultant and trainer for a Crisis Response company trained in psychology, medical and crisis response has experiences in hospital, community and field work leads in training and development.

Planning and response to international and local disaster major projects includes being the chief medical commander of disaster relief co-ordination efforts in the Bay of Bengal Earthquake and Tsunami Disaster 2004; the appointed SRC Liaison Officer in Nias Island (Indonesia) to supervise emergency relief items operations amidst civil unrest 2005; and the first SRC team to arrived and administer medical aid to the casualties of Yogyakarta Indonesia Earthquake 2006.

Team Treasurer - Judy Lee

Has experience in setting up a Welfare Committee and administering the welfare fund to help the needy families and students went on a Youth Expedition Project to Cambodia, Prey Veng in 2004.

A volunteer with Red Cross Society and had completed the CARE officer course and first aid course occasionally helps out in events organized by the grassroots organizations she has worked with.

Team Public Relations Officer - Rebecca Heng

Has always been interested in serving others. Has been on two mission trips to Chiangmai, Thailand.

Has done various local community services. Was actively involved in the Girls’ Brigade. Am actively involved in church.

Team Welfare Officer – Marilyn Sim

Joined Prudential as an Adviser since 1995, had always been actively involved in the organizing of various events and activities within the organization;

Was involved in the planning & execution of a mission trip to Lijiang, Yunnan in 2005, which was cancelled due to Tsunami;

Was a volunteer to help in the interior designs and execution of the painting project at the Red Cross Home for the Disabled in 2005 & 2006.
